SERVO UNIT 2 AXES 5S/10S/3000 A06B-6058-H231
The A06B-6058-H231 Servo unit regulates the voltage between the control board and the servo motor, amplifying the signal to coordinate the movements of the servo motor. When your Servo unit is not functioning properly, your CNC machinery may act erratically and have problems with axis vibration, blown fuses or set off OC and IOC alarms. You need your CNC components fixed as quickly and affordably as possible to get production back on track and keep expenses low.
Tri Star CNC helps you return to your normal stream of revenue by quickly fixing your CNC components. We offer an exchange option when you need very quick repairs—we immediately replace your broken part with a new part (either an OEM part or one we engineer ourselves) and give you a fair credit for your malfunctioning part.
Our CNC technicians offer a 1-year warranty on our repairs including more than just parts and labor: we will do a complete assembly and repair within 1 year of our service being done.
We don't outsource any of our repairs to third parties because we do all testing and repairs on our own. Our CNC repair experts take your malfunctioning FANUC parts back to our testing headquarters in McHenry, Illinois and test them on a closed loop system to eliminate variables and pinpoint the issue as quickly as possible.
