EXCHANGE PARTS AND REPAIRED PARTS INCLUDE A ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY
TRI STAR CNC SERVICES, LLC WARRANTS THE COMPLETE ASSEMBLY REPAIR – NOT JUST THE PARTS AND LABOR AS MOST REPAIR COMPANIES DO
WARRANTY
Tri Star CNC Services, LLC warrants that all products repaired by Tri Star CNC Services, LLC shall be free of defects in material and workmanship under intended use for one (1) year following initial shipment of the products. Products that have failed during the warranty period must be returned to Tri Star CNC Services, LLC for inspection and repair. At Tri Star CNC Services, LLC's discretion, a replacement part may be shipped for a part purchase on the exchange service, if the warranty failed part is not returned within thirty (30) days or the failure is deemed to be a “non warranty” failure, additional charges will apply. Tri Star CNC Services, LLC shall be responsible for reasonable shipping charges (ground shipments only) to and from buyer for warranty failed parts.
The following are exceptions to the above warranty policy:
- Field service work shall be warranted for a period of ninety (90) days.
- CRT’s and displays (both repaired and exchange) shall be warranted for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days.
- Motors repaired by Tri Star CNC Services, LLC shall be warranted for a period of one (1) year. If a motor fails in the warranty period due to the failure of a part not replaced or repaired during the initial repair, the buyer will be responsible to pay for the cost of the repair.
- New discrete electrical components (i.e. power and transistor modules, ICs, capacitors etc.) sold by Tri Star CNC Services, LLC shall have no warranty.
The above warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, whether implied, statutory or otherwise arising under applicable law. Buyer’s exclusive remedy shall be at the sole election of Tri Star CNC Services, LLC of repair, replacement, or return of the purchase price or fee paid to Tri Star CNC Services, LLC for, the particular defective product or service. Buyer shall be without remedy with respect to products which have been tampered with, altered, modified or reworked by any party not authorized by Tri Star CNC Services, LLC. In no event shall Tri Star CNC Services, LLC be liable for any special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, with out limitations for loss of revenues, damage to buyer’s equipment or expenses resulting from “down time” whether or not caused by the negligence of Tri Star CNC Services, LLC repairs.
